Many battery manufacturers have specific lithium batteries. The capacity is different from the capacity of the advertising logo, and the different sizes are related to the price level.

So how to detect whether the capacity of a high-capacity lithium battery has a false standard? If the capacity is a false standard, what is the capacity of the virtual standard? Let us discuss it together below.

1. Special tool for accurately measuring high-capacity lithium batteries: measuring ruler

To quickly estimate the capacity of a lithium battery, the commonly used estimation formula (only used for estimation) is: This is calculated based on the volume of the lithium battery cell and does not include the battery casing.

Battery capacity=thickness, width, length K (K unit is mah\/mm3)

The range of K value is (0.070.11). The K value depends on the size of the capacity. The larger the capacity, the larger the K value. The smaller the capacity, the smaller the K value (it can be understood that the larger the size, the larger the K value).

For specific calculations, the K value can be set to 0.1 by default. For example, 103450LP (thickness 10mm, width 34mm, length 50mm), calculated capacity=1034500.1=1700, the actual capacity is more than 1800mah; for example, 603048LP (thickness 6mm, width 30mm, length 48mm) ), computing capacity=630480.1=864, the specific capacity can guarantee 900mah.

2. Prepare a galvanometer

Lithium battery capacity=operating voltage, discharge current, discharge time

3. An electrical device with a rated current discharge, such as a light bulb
